Church Planting in Pakistan: A New Sanctuary Rises in Lahore – All Glory to JESUS!
By Pastor Naeem Nasir, Founder & President – Good Samaritan Ministries Pakistan
Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ,
On 11 November 2025, The Lord did something marvellous in our sight! With overflowing joy I announce that Good Samaritan Ministries Pakistan has officially secured land for a brand-new church in the heart of Lahore. The deal is signed, the first payment is made, and the landowner has already given us permission to begin clearing the ground and holding tent prayer meetings. This is The Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes!
A Long-Awaited Answer to Years of Prayer
For years, hundreds of Christian families in Johar Town have been crying out to God for a permanent place of worship. When the news broke, the response was overwhelming—tears of joy, shouts of praise, children running across the land declaring, “This will be our church!” Mothers and fathers lifted holy hands to heaven, elders wept with gratitude, and the atmosphere was filled with spontaneous worship. This is what true church planting in Pakistan looks like: heaven touching earth through the faithfulness of God and the prayers of His people.
Church Planting in Pakistan – The Heartbeat of Our Ministry Since 2009
Since the very beginning of Good Samaritan Ministries Pakistan in 2009, church planting in Pakistan has been at the very core of our calling. From remote villages to bustling cities, we have planted churches that serve as lighthouses of salvation, centres of discipleship, and places where the broken find healing and hope. Every new congregation becomes:
- A house of fervent prayer and worship
- A training ground for the next generation of believers
- A source of education and uplift through our Christian schools
- A beacon of light in communities surrounded by spiritual darkness
The Vision Continues to Expand
This new church in Johar Town is not just a building—it is a divine appointment. It will be a sanctuary where souls will meet Jesus, marriages will be restored, children will grow strong in faith, and disciples will be equipped to reach the unreached. The remaining land payments are due in February 2026, and we stand in faith believing God for complete provision.
Will You Stand With Us?
I humbly invite you—my brothers and sisters around the world—to join this holy work of church planting in Pakistan through:
- Earnest prayer for supernatural provision
- Partnership in the construction (every brick, every bag of cement matters to the Lord)
- Sharing this praise report so more believers can rejoice and sow into God’s Kingdom
What a privilege it is to build the House of the Lord! The Bible declares that those who sow into God’s work will be richly blessed. Your sacrifice today will echo through eternity as generations worship the Lamb in this new sanctuary.
May the Lord Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church, receive all the glory, honour, and praise—now and forever!
With a heart full of gratitude, Pastor Naeem Nasir Founder & President Good Samaritan Ministries Pakistan
